That day our team arrived in Vilnius and checked in the Marriott Hotel.
In the evening we went to explore the wonderful city of Vilnius. That was funny:)
07.11.
November 7th was a conference for everyone,for guys of all categories. After that each category had a separated briefing,we found out our teams and discussed our recipes,menu in general and such things.
In the evening we went out again. Just for a small walk. To go some kind of sightseeing with my colleagues from Estonia.
08.11.
The day 1st of the competition. All the competitors had a common briefing with the judges. I should have taken part in the competition next day,so my team had an extra time to discuss our menu in details.
And surely I was looking at all works and dishes which were done that day by other competitors.
09.11.
2nd day of the competition and today,finally,me and my teammates had a chance to try our best in the kitchen. We worked hard and as a good team.
10.11.23. Today we went on an excursion to explore a castle and got to know a little about the culture of Lithuania,buy some souvenirs and in the evening,ofc, closing ceremony and gala dinner. I was shocked because of the silver medal of our team,but anyways that's unbelievable feeling.
11.11.
Around 8 a.m. we've packed our bags and got starting to go home, remembering the great experience,new colleagues,fellows from many countries here,in Lithuania. That was really good. We'll definitely come back.
P.S.:bars and restaurants here are quite not bad:)
