 06.11.

That day our team arrived in Vilnius and checked in the Marriott Hotel.

In the evening we went to explore the wonderful city of Vilnius. That was funny:)

07.11.

November 7th was a conference for everyone,for guys of all categories. After that each category had a separated briefing,we found out our teams and discussed our recipes,menu in general and such things.

In the evening we went out again. Just for a small walk. To go some kind of sightseeing with my colleagues from Estonia.

08.11.

The day 1st of the competition. All the competitors had a common briefing with the judges. I should have taken part in the competition next day,so my team had an extra time to discuss our menu in details.

And surely I was looking at all works and dishes which were done that day by other competitors.



09.11. 

2nd day of the competition and today,finally,me and my teammates had a chance to try our best in the kitchen. We worked hard and as a good team. 


10.11.23. Today we went on an excursion to explore a castle and got to know a little about the culture of Lithuania,buy some souvenirs and in the evening,ofc, closing ceremony and gala dinner. I was shocked because of the silver medal of our team,but anyways that's unbelievable feeling. 


11.11.

Around 8 a.m. we've packed our bags and got starting to go home, remembering the great experience,new colleagues,fellows from many countries here,in Lithuania. That was really good. We'll definitely come back.


P.S.:bars and restaurants here are quite not bad:)

6.11  Jõudsime Vilniusse, täpsemalt Hotelli Marriott ja seadsime end sisse.Sõime õhtust ja läksime seda imeilusat linna avastama. 7.11  Kõikide erialade võistlejatel olid konverentsid ja võistluspaikade tutvustused. Loositi välja võistkonnad ja tegime teooria testi. Seejärel läksime vüistluspaika, kus vaatasime üle kokteili tooraine ja panime retsepti kirja. Arutasime, kes mille eest meie võistkonnas vastutab. Õhtul läksime Eestitst võistlejatega väikesele jalutuskäigule ja arutasime, kuidas kõikkidel läks. 8.11  Läksime võistluspaika varakult kohale, et vaadata teiste vigu ja õppida neist. Olime selle päeva viimased võistlejad, seega aega oli palju arutamiseks.  9.11  Kuna võistlesin esimesel päeval, siis mul oli vaba päev. Läksin Võistluspaika teistega kaasa, et neile toeks olla. Õhtul käisime väljas. 10.11 Hommikul sõitsime ekskursioonile Trakai saarelossi. Õhtul oli lõpputseremoonia, kus kuulutati välja võitjad. 11.11 Hommikul pakkisime oma asjad kokku ja h...

 06.11.23. This evening you and I as a team arrived in Vilnius and checked into the Marriott Hotel. 07.11.23. Today there was a conference with Marcus. It was very interesting to listen and take note of some points. Afterwards there was a briefing with people participating in the Pastry competition. On my team was a talented and nice girl, Sophie. We quickly found a common language and began working on the recipe. 08.11.23. Today is the day of the competition. In the morning I felt very anxious, but when we started working it disappeared. We gave it our 100% and made a wonderful dessert. After the competition, I tried carving for the first time, it was quite interesting. 09.11.23. Carving competition day. It was quite interesting, I spent this time with pleasure.
